Our experience was outstanding from the time Molly came in for our estimate to the completion of the work. We had a total of 5 estimates done and Molly was able to get us a better price and product than anyone else. She was great to work with, no high pressure and answered every question throughout the process. She kept us updated and even followed up after installation to make sure we were happy with everything. She kept us so excited throughout the process which made it such a low stress processes.The installers were very courteous and respectful. They were able to finish ahead of schedule and made sure we were happy with the product and color before installation. We were doing some updates on a tight timeframe to prep for listing our home. Molly was incredibly helpful and accessible from start to finish and the installers knocked out the 1100sqft job of LVP and carpet in record time at a great price. Next day floors in Annapolis did WONDERS for my husband and I. We had started the project of laying new floors ourself and ran into so many issues that we decided to pay a professional to do it. Next day floors did not charge us to pull up the old floors since my husband and I did it already, so they were incredibly fair with pricing. Furthermore, the floors were absolutely stunning when complete and it only took them a few hours to do. They were very flexible with my husband and my schedule while maintaining friendly customer care!Special shout out to Molly Mullaney !!! She was incredibly flexible and understanding. She came to our home after hours to measure for our new floors because I work in a hospital and could not be home before 7 which helped me greatly. She was so informative and answered all my questions with ease . Molly really made the entire process so easy and had the most lovely personality!Next day floors floors really went above and beyond to take care of us! 100% would recommend to others looking for flooring services!
