Superb experience from start to finish. This was for a floating LVP floor installation in an office of about 185 sq/ft. My contact was Nasim Athari who was very helpful, patient with my questions, and super responsive by both phone and email. I changed my mind multiple times during the process and Floors Etc. just rolled with it. The install scheduling was easy. The installation itself was done professionally and in about half a day. The team cleaned up the work site exceptionally well. Overall, this was a really positive experience and I'd go back to these guys for future projects.
I highly recommend using Floors Etc. I used them to redo the floors on the first floor of my house. They have a beautiful showroom with so many different selections. Their workers are so helpful and knowledgeable. Melanie helped me make the perfect selections for my space. The floor contractors were friendly and efficient. I’m very satisfied with the finished product!
I had a stair carpet runner installed in January 2021. Dealt with Matt Horwitz in the showroom. He was awesome to deal with. Super helpful in selecting the right carpet from their thousands of samples. He was great at keeping me focused on materials that would work for my style, budget, and application. The install guys were equally fabulous. Prompt, polite, neat, and extremely detail-oriented. I had used Floors, Etc. in 1994 for ALL of the flooring in a house I built. They are STILL the best in town.
