The engineered wood we purchased from Grand Floors is not holding up well. The sample we were shown looked really nice. However, once we installed the flooring we realized it's not very good quality. The finish is wearing off in spots, and chips off easily. Also, because it is wire brushed dirt traps easily and is impossible to remove making the floor look dirty.The staff and Grand floors are nice, and approachable. We also ordered vinyl flooring from here for our basement almost 6 years ago which has held up well. I just wish we had more information about the wood flooring before purchasing. I'm sad to be considering replacing it all less than 3 years after installation.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Grand Floors! From the very beginning, Paul took the time to walk us through the entire process, step by step. He clearly explained what would be done, how it would be done, and when we could expect each phase of the project to be completed.One thing that really stood out was how committed they were to their timeline. Grand Flooring was an absolute class act from the minute we walked in the show room to the end of the installation. This is an organization that has it figured out. Gregory the owner was very knowledgeable and assisted us at our home with flooring options which would work best for our home. The delivery was scheduled and they arrived on time.
