We had waterproof laminate flooring installed over a vapor barrier, along with new trim around the floor and doors. The purchase process was smooth—Hardwood Giant had a great selection of modern, wide plank options that are both stylish and durable.

The measuring and installation were completed in just one day. There was a minor issue with the trim and a water line, but nothing serious—and this is where the team truly impressed us. They went above and beyond to make it right, showing real professionalism.

A special shoutout to Rohan, who was the most communicative and helpful agent I’ve worked with in the past 5 years. He’s a genuinely great guy who made the entire process stress-free.

He immediately welcomed us and within 10 minutes we had our flooring picked out with his help and knowledge, just what we were looking for! The price and quality is unmatched to other flooring business in the area. We also needed installation and when the 3 men, Matt, Baran and Marat arrived they were so pleasant and professional, our 1100 square foot space was completed in one day. We have had the best experience from start to finish and would recommend this business 100%, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
