Definite 10 out of 10 experience with Irvine. Five stars all around. From the sales people to the installers we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had all of our flooring and shower work done in our new home and everything was perfect. The installers were professional, courteous, and clean. The sales team was knowledgeable and friendly. They were also extremely helpful with choosing the right product that matched our vision. Shout out to Jamison, Chris, Paul, Phil and Denim for providing world class service!
We had a fantastic experience with Irvine! I've always thought that the big stores like Rona would be cheaper, but it turns out that I was wrong. We got a very reasonable quote and a superior product with an outstanding workmanship. They did our tiles first and we loved it so much, we decided to do the hardwood floor with them as well. They are very dependable and pay attention to detail. They send over number of technicians and they were all true professionals. They went beyond the call of duty, when they send a really skilled guy to create seamless transitions from our old floor to the new tiles. Jennifer, the salesperson/interior designer was fantastic. She coordinated everything, kept me informed, and even showed up at our house. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We are very happy with the result. We are customers for life and we will recommend it to all our friends.
Jerry was great, he helped us pick out the correct tile and flooring and his suggestions turned out to look great once actualized. Phil installed our tile and was highly professional and did an excellent job. Dave did our flooring and worked like a machine. He didn't mind to do the small extras that make everything turn out right. I am impressed with all of my interactions with this company and its contractors and employees.
