We had a great experience with Emerson Carpet One. The sales lady was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were awesome. They got right to work and did a great job. I would definitely do more business with them it was a pleasant experience.
And the owner Leigh stopped by just to check on the job. Now that’s a great way to run a business.

This is my second time I have worked with Jeff at Emerson for flooring at my house. It is so nice to have a person come to your house and look at your issue and explain what you need. I have been very please on both of my purchases and would recommend Emerson to anyone for your flooring needs.

Excellent!!! Customer Service. I called about a specific tile and Mr. Mike immediately confirmed that item was in stock. He suggested that I would bring a sample of the tile I needed. Thank GOD a match was made. I appreciate Mr. Mike for making my journey complete there at Emerson.
