Bend Floor Covering Solutions, LLC

My neighbors were having their carpet stretched by Miguel from Bend Floor Covering Solutions. Ironically I had just been to Lowe's to look at new carpet and had a bid done. I asked Miguel to look at my job and give me some advice. He was awesome and so helpful. He took measurements right on the spot and even had some samples in of the type of carpet I was considering in his work van. I needed a little bit different color but loved the carpet he suggested. I met Rosa at their store and she went over the color options in the carpet I was interested in. I chose the color I needed and she placed an order for the carpet. From start to finish the process of getting a bid to having the new carpet and pad installed took a total of 2 weeks and Rosa and Miguel were so easy to work with!! I'm not knocking Lowe's but working with a local company that answered every call I made personally and never missed a beat was SO refreshing, easy and their pricing was a tad better for basically the same carpet. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bend Floor Covering Solutions. They made the daunting task of putting new carpet in throughout my home much more scalable for me and logistically easy. When I called they answered. Simple as that when I was getting ready for the job.

Absolutely great in every way! Rosa was a huge help selecting, ordering, and fixing last minute supply glitch. Miguel was a master professional, and completed the job in a fraction of predicted estimated time thanks to the crew! Will definitely do business with them again and recommend to others!!

they installed the backsplash in my kitchen and only took Miguel less than half a day! I’m so pleased by his work and Rosa’s helpful hand in guiding me through the process of looking for the right backsplash. Thanks again! Will greatly come back for more business in the future ??

Literally almost got sideswiped by your driver in Portland as he was forcing his way in front of me. If your drivers are this careless om the road, hoe can you be trusted to do a great job inside someones home. Train your drivers not to damage vehicles and the flow of traffic, then I'll trust your business with my flooring. Funny thing is I'm midway through remodeling and needed flooring. At least I know who I'm not using.

We had an excellent experience with Bend Floor Covering Solutions. They installed our luxury vinyl wood plank look in our 1938 house. Miguel was very professional with measurements and knowledgable about installation. Rosa communicated awesome with several e-mails as we were out of town frequently. We had a very difficult subfloor due to the age of the house and they had to work around furniture and appliances. I am very picky and did not find any areas I thought could have been done better. An excellent job and reasonable pricing with accurate estimates. We will definitely use them again.
