We used Carpet One Floor & Home for a whole-house recarpeting in July on 2025. We meant to review earlier, but wanted to wait to see how we felt after a couple of months and then life got in the way. It was a good experience from the get-go. Tami was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the products and our needs with animals in a large house. We had thought we would check out several carpet companies, but once we worked with Tami, we both simultaneously decided we didn't need to go anywhere else. And the price was right! The installation was scheduled and followed through on time. The installers worked long days and were such nice people. All in all, our entire experience was excellent! We highly recommend!

Tammy and her husband went above and beyond . Spent all the time we needed to explain all the carpet selections . quality , pricing ,warranties exc . Tammy's husband even drove to Portland to pick up our carpet and deliver it so the installers could start early. I recommend carpet one over any other flooring company ther is . Thank you so much.Carpet is beautiful.

Super pleased I chose carpet one to replace carpet and padding in my grandmothers home. Tami is awesome to work with and a quick communicator. We all begged my grandmother to not pick a certain color but she didn’t listen (basically white) and sure enough a few days after the instal she decided she didn’t like the color. Luckily with the beautiful Guarantee .. FREE OF ALL CHARGES the carpet was replaced with a different color that we chose. So so so happy grandmother and all. Thanks guys!

It is a one-time replacement and does not include cushion replacement. Area rugs and custom installations with inserts or a border are excluded, and the customer is responsible for labor to move furniture, built-ins, equipment or electronics.
