We got 3 quotes from around Bend and Summers Flooring actually came in the lowest but from the beginning I knew I would go with them even if they were more expensive. From beginning to end Summers Flooring was incredibly helpful and reliable. The first visit out they came prepared to answer questions and help us with decisions. They had a point of view on what would look best in the space and answered all our questions. It was a busy fall for them so it took about a month to get scheduled but they were communicative and timely on their work. We had to be gone for a few weeks as we had floors redone as well as carpet replaced to match our hardwoods. While they were working and we were away, they sent photos and communicated with me about what they were doing. When we came home a few weeks later our floors were gorgeous! They left our house clean and tidy without dust. We also ordered a large custom made rug from their team as well. Sarah helped me get the swatches and answer questions about rugs and dogs and we got an 18'x18' rug and pad delivered. The rug is also gorgeous and if you get your floors done you get 20% off your rug!I absolutely love our floors and it makes our house look like a million bucks. Outstanding attention to details on the hardwood floors installation. I attached two photos with the wood grain match on the custom vent cover, and the detailing on the edge of the stone! Also good product selection and really good advice on design from Heidi.

Ordering was easy, pricing was competitive and install was done on time as promised. The install crew was courteous, efficient and meticulous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Summers Flooring for carpet install to any of my friends.
We came to Summer's upon the recommendation of friends with whom they had laid floors.Michael came to our house and discussed the project. Right from the start we felt like partners. He had many great suggestions that were incorporated into the final plan.The wood was delivered 7 days before the start of the job.LeRoy and Jake (the install crew) were fast, efficient, and thorough. They met the challenges our house presented with creativity. They were always very thoughtful and considerate of us.Scott finished the floor. He had an eye for detail. Very knowledgeable. He worked with us as we were in and out with overnights. He was patient and Michael joined him for a day or 2 and alsoreinstalled the molding.Heath came to tuck the carpet. Again, fast, efficient, and very personable during his short stay.We are very please with the final result. The amazing craftmanship is the direct result of very skilled craftsmen taking pride in their work. And each one spoke of Summers as a great to work. "It's like family" was the phrase we heard most often. Kudos also to the people who hired these people.
