Someone came out and measured my flooring for a refinish quote about a week ago, I never got a call or email back. I emailed asking if they had written down the wrong email, never got a response. If you didn't want the job, say you don't want the job. Changed my rating, the owner did contact me shortly after I posted the review.
We had a water leak that damaged and cracked some of our wood flooring. Paradigm crew replaced some of the boards, sanded and refinished our entire floor. Our floors look better than they did new. Mike was great to work with and the crew did an amazing job. Thank you!
Our Hardwood floors were dark brown in our dark home. I wanted them lighted up and stained in a white wash. As well- Master and Office were carpeted and they tore it out and put hardwood in. It is absolutely gorgeous. I got two quotes in the area and this place came in lower. The guys were super nice and as tidy as is possible while sanding an entire first floor. We recently completed our new home in Bend (Deschutes River Woods). HFC did the floors (LVT planks and tile), custom bathrooms, kitchen backsplash, and fireplace wall. I found them to be highly collaborative, creative with ideas, and problem-solvers. Most importantly, their craftsmen are experienced and pay close attention to detail (and are pickier than me, which says a lot!). I highly recommend The Hardwood Floor Company.
