I went to carpet world last June 2024. From the time I walked in John was very helpful. I told him I was color blind and would he help me pick out carpet and flooring for my home. He then came out measured everything gave me a price. The carpet and flooring are beautiful from all the compliments I get. His installer Troy was the best. He came on time and was very trustworthy. I would only buy from carpet world. John even bought me a gift of cleaning solution to keep my floors in top condition. Thank you John and Troy you are the best.
This is one of the worst customer service I had in North Dakota. They took off the door to accommodate the carpet but when they were done placing it, they did not put it back because the carpet is too thick and all they can say is that they don’t have the tools to cut the door. Also, there are a lot of extra carpets and pads left so they overestimated the size of the room so we have a lot of pads and carpets left that are useless. They never even bother to offer any help. All they can say is that we can call the carpenter and have the door cut for an extra fee.
Best service ever..The quote was perfect. The installers where amazing and very professional.Definitely will be haveing them do the other 3 rooms in our house.Absolutely love the new carpet.
