I felt overwhelmed when trying to select replacement carpet for my living room, stairs, and bedrooms. Cindy took time with me to sort through the many options to find ones that best met my needs. On the installation side, the crew encountered glitches along the way as is often the case with redecorating projects. I really like Casey. The guys that did the carpet were very nice, and they did an amazing job on my bedrooms. However they didn’t put the closet doors back on, and they were very late coming to my house. My appointment was at 830. They didn’t get to my house until after 2pm. I do like the carpets though. They look very nice!!
Cindy really went above and beyond for me to deliver new carpet in a short time frame. Not only that but it was also a beautiful carpet that I truly love. Really good people work here. If you considering flooring of any kind I highly recommend Cindy and the Carpet Weavers team
I'm very happy with every aspect of my carpet purchase experience. Bruce assisted me in selecting a quality carpet and pad that I'm extremely happy with. The installation was done by a group of young men that arrived on time and got right to work. They were done in just a few hours. Everything looks great and we are very happy with Carpet Weavers as our choice.
They were hired by our builder to install our flooring 3 years ago. We have called them multiple times to address the gapping between pieces of the LVP. Each time they have responded, they seek to making excuses instead of actually fixing the issue. The quality of installation is amateur & poor overall. Go elsewhere!
