Stephen was excellent to work with. Knew the products, listened to my requirements, and was always available for my questions. The install team worked efficiently, did a decent job at cleaning up on this large multiple day project. The installed flooring look so good and I am very happy with final outcome. I also shopped around and their prices for product and installation were in line with everyone else in town.

I found Floor'd via google search and after visiting numerous flooring stores in the area, we decided to use them for the entirety of our custom built home. We purchased ALL of our wood LVP, carpet and tile from Floor'd. Stephen was an excellent salesman to work with for the 9 months of our build, and through numerous appointments, he came to understand what I was looking for regarding price range, design and lifestyle needs. He even alerted me to rare sales, which saved us some money. There were a couple hiccups along the way (my fault - not theirs) and Stephen helped us to resolve those to our satisfaction. It was easy to check out samples and I did that VERY often. Front desk staff was always friendly. We used Floor'd's crew for carpet instillation and they did an excellent job. We did our own wood LVP install, and had our own tile guy (whom also recommended Floor'd to his clients) for tile. I liked that invoices were emailed and the online payment process was convenient. We did experience some difficulty with scheduling install around the holidays - but that could have been avoided had I asked about timelines and availability sooner.
All in all - 10/10 would recommend for flooring!

Service was outstanding! Staff friendly and well-informed on their products. I purchased Laguna plank engineered European oak flooring (color Marbel) which I installed myself. (I am a female over 60yrs old with prior flooring experience.) Quality control was excellent as I replaced my entire 4 bedroom upper level and hall, and the only flaws found were 4 pieces with a slight rough edge which was easily remedied with a few brushes using fine sandpaper. Love the matte finish! Texture and wood variation looks terrific with my farm house decor but would look equally good in a California beach house, etc.
