The carpet installers were supposed to be here at 7:30. They showed up at 9:10. I had called the office to see what was going on and to see if they were still coming out. I never did get a call back from them. When they finally did show up at 9:10 there were two of them. The first thing one of them did was to spend about 15 to 20 minutes in the restroom. On the positive side it does seems like they did a good job laying the carpet.

I came in with a hard to find or non existent tile I was hoping to "match" or at least do some kind of accent with a different tile that would blend in some way. She was very helpful in all aspects of the search and I enjoyed her knowledge and time she spent with me. We found a tile I could blend with the original and I ended up getting a great price on some closeout tile for my bathroom too! She stuck with me past her time to close and even helped load my truck which was sooooo very much appreciated! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
We recently used Flooring Depot to install Mohawk RevWood flooring and Mohawk carpeting throughout our home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The craftsman who installed the RevWood flooring was not only kind but extremely skilled. I had concerns about the flooring looking too uniform, but he installed it in a way that varied the patterns beautifully, giving it the look of real hardwood. He also completed the job in just three days, which we greatly appreciated since we were living out of only a few rooms during the process.As soon as the flooring was finished, the carpet installers came in and completed the entire carpet project in just four hours. Their work was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the carpet pad. It is incredibly soft and comfortable, and guests consistently comment on how great it feels.We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Flooring Depot.
