We had a successful install for a remodel of our master bedroom shower, replace 3 sinks with granite and install sink/shower/and Roman tub fixtures. Thank you Matthew for seeing this project through and designing the rebuild of the master shower with our input. We are very happy of the results and proud to show this to our friends/family. If we have another project, we would be glad to work with Snyder again.
We visited Snyder’s showroom store in early August of 2023 and met a salesman. We picked out a ceramic tile sample and scheduled for the salesman to come out and take measurements in our home. A few days later, he came out and took all the necessary measurements of the area to be floored and discussed all the pertinent details for doing the job. He told us he would order a box of the tile and it would be in the following Friday so we could pick it up and bring it to our home. He also said he would email us the estimate shortly! We never heard back from the salesman with either an email with the estimate or a phone call that the tiles had come in. Time ticked by and I thought Snyder’s had decided they did not want to do the job from possibly having to move our heavy furniture around. We never heard from him in any way even though we had given him our email and phone numbers! Finally yesterday (18 September) out of the blue and in total surprise to me, he called and said he had lost our phone number. I politely told him we didn’t think Snyder’s wanted to do job and had subsequently contacted another flooring company. He said thank you and hung up. This seems to be getting to be the norm with several businesses around the area in that they will come out, take information and tell you face to face that they will get back to you! In reality, they never do and we or other homeowners are just left hanging! My personal opinion is this is a very poor and unprofessional manner in which to conduct business. I will certainly never recommend this company to my friends or acquaintances in the future.
Do Not use this company. . They did not do the job properly to my specs . They took a job they could not do . I paid upfront . And was delivered something completely different. No call back from the owner . Just a bunch of hang ups from Carla who took the order. Very disappointed. I showed them exactly what I wanted. They said they could do it and $2,000 later it’s all wrong . Dont shop here.
Awesome work by Snyder's. Flooring was laid in two stages to allow us to move furniture, etc. The crew was on time and stayed until the job was done. Great attention to detail. Sales person Carla was a great help and crew manager Nick was helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks!
I have been a customer of Snyder Floorcovering for many years starting in 2001. They installed carpet in my entire home. I have always been pleased with their service. I have used them many times over the years. They installed the tile and countertops in my kitchen and now I have purchased several different rooms of flooring over the years. Just recently they installed new carpet again. I looked other places but the service and quality was superior at Snyder. I would highly recommend them. Personal service and great products. Nice courteous staff. My sales person oversaw every aspect of the installation and came back to check the day after. Thanks to Bruce!
