Snyder’s replaced my kitchen and bathroom countertops a few months ago. I didn’t have a good experience and wouldn’t use them again. But I wanted to take some time and reflect before I wrote the review. James knew I wasn’t happy and didn’t seem concerned.
They tried to install 2 pieces from different slabs together in my bathroom. The pattern, grain, and color were completely different but they thought they could sneak it past me. It wasn’t ok and I made them replace it. I asked them to save the faucets in the bathroom sinks because they matched the shower and tub fixtures. However, they didn’t save the sink stopper drain and tail. They come in a set with the faucets and are extremely difficult to match. Cost me $120 to replace. They also damaged my wall and broke my mirror. Mistakes happen, but at least own them.
In my kitchen they forgot to bring the piece of quartz that fits behind the stone 2 different days, even though they had supposedly pre-cut it and just forgot to bring it. They tried to leave without finishing and I called James to remind him. He rushed out and had them cut the piece out of a scrap. The countertop doesn’t match where the pieces meet and the grain runs in a different direction.
The attention to detail and follow up were awful. I’d go somewhere else in the future.

My wife and I were wanting to upgrade our counters. We shopped around and many shops in the area. Hands down the customer service and pricing was the best at Snyder's. The staff both at the shop and install team were very polite and helpful.

The install team did they best they could to keep the area clean as they went and left the area looking great!

I would highly recommend a visit to this store if you are looking for new counters.

My favorite part of this place is the sales team isn't pushy. They are only open till 5 so it made it hard for my wife and I to get over there but they stayed late on day so we could come in and complete our purchase. The install process went smoothly and they got everything installed in one day. They kept the area as clean as possible while tearing out old countertops and installing the new ones. The only thing I didn't like was Frank made an appointment to measure our countertops and was an hour late without even calling to tell me he was going to be late and while he was here he wasn't really friendly. They also have a great selection of backsplash.
