I had a great experience at Carpet Exchange in Boulder. I bought carpet for my stairs and flooring for the rest of my house. I also had them do the install, since they are the experts, and experts they are! I worked with the saleperson, Alec, who was extremely helpful, very informative and always available. The flooring was completed by Peter and his crew, who were quick, and did a great job. There were a couple of things that needed "tweaking" and Peter was happy to complete the job to my satisfaction. I was very pleased and I do not hesitate to recommend Carpet Exchange. They have a variety of flooring and carpet to satisfy the pickiest of customers.

We couldn’t be happier with the luxury vinyl we purchased from Carpet Exchange! From the start, Stephanie was welcoming, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We did run into a small hiccup — the wrong color was loaded into my car at pickup, and we didn’t notice until we got home. But the team handled it without hesitation: they sent someone to our house to swap it out and had the correct flooring delivered the next day. That kind of service is hard to come by. We’ll absolutely be back!

She was really helpful in selecting the right carpet for us and it was great to email her directly for payment, scheduling, and installation details so I didn't have to deal with a generic customer service line. I didn't know they offered that level of service! The carpet looks great and there was no damage to our freshly painted walls. Overall, it was an excellent experience! Highly recommend.
