I had a truly five star experience with Floor Crafters. I had a kitchen floor that was looking very shabby, but the adjacent timber floor was still in good condition. They were able to match both the color and the sheen so that you can barely notice the difference. Shaun was super responsive, quick to quote and they were able to fit me in on very short notice. The team who did the work were very respectful of our property and protected the area and cabinets from dust very effectively . I cannot recommend Floor Crafters highly enough.

Finished my hickory flooring a week ago and still excited about the new flooring. Cannot say enough thank you to everyone helping me with this project. Graham helped me to select the best materials I desired; Katie, the front office lady arranged the installation phases seamlessly and always ready to answer my questions ; Justin, amazing project manager, although having multiple projects on hand, still managed to visit the site every day to fix unexpected issues, control the process of the project and was very patient to listen to my concerns. Alex and his partner , the installation team, worked from 7:30 till 10:30 , finished the installation with real craftsmanship. Justin and Jeff closed the project with their magic touch. Already referred these guys to my neighbor and colleagues.

I hired Floor Crafters to replace the tile in my kitchen and refinish my wood floors, including some patch work. The finished result looks fantastic and I truly love how everything came together.

The tile installation was excellent. The installer communicated clearly, explained the plan for cuts and grout lines, and delivered a clean, level result that blended in well with the existing tile.

The wood refinishing had some issues at first. The subcontractor who initially handled it, Victor, left the transition between the tile and wood uneven and unfinished. He also dropped my table and spilled stain onto my grass. I would not recommend hiring Victor for any flooring work.

Thankfully, the company corrected the issues. Justin came out, communicated professionally, and fixed the problem the right way. He replaced the wood piece next to the tile, painted and polished it to match, and left me with extra materials for future use.

The final product is exactly what I hoped for, and I appreciate the effort it took to make it right. While I would encourage others to ask specifically who will be doing the work, I am very happy with the outcome and glad I stayed patient through the process.

We’ve worked with Floor Crafters on two big projects now (bathroom remodel with new floors and shower tiling and new hardwood floors on our main floor) and have been beyond pleased with them both times. The owner is great, Graham’s awesome, Justin is an excellent project manager, and Kate is the glue! They are all so friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. They also hire great subcontractors. Between these two projects they’ve completely transformed our home and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. Highly recommend the Floor Crafters team for home improvements.
