We highly recommend the Flooring Center Crofton Maryland for their exceptional work. They recently installed 1,400 sq. ft. of beautiful wide plank oak hardwood flooring, as well as new stairs and an iron railing. The installation was meticulous, showcasing great attention to detail.In addition to the hardwood, they installed tile throughout our foyer and kitchen. We were on a tight schedule after moving into our new home, and the team was incredibly accommodating, completing the work in a timely fashion. The pricing for both materials and labor was very competitive. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend them without hesitation.
Flooring Center was recommended by a relative who used them. We wanted many detailed parts for an 1100 sf total flooring replacement. Troy and Lee we're very helpful and figured out how to provide everything we wanted. Vender delivery was a problem but solved. Installers we're great and worked to make long steps look beautiful. Even though there were some delays, the end result was perfect! We'd definitely use them again.

Amazing experience. Went to the Flooring Center shopping for luxury vinyl for 435 sf in our townhome. I had little knowledge about flooring so I am grateful that Troy helped us find the product we were looking for. Ordering the product and scheduling installation was a breeze! The crew was professional and timely and they finished the job all in one day. If you want impeccable customer service, quality product selection, and professional installation, I highly recommend the Flooring Center for your next project!
I do not recommend anyone use this company. They are not truly knowledgeable on the floors they are selling and most certainly not knowledgeable on the different wood species. I requested and paid for My floors to be sanded and refinished to match a grayish brown white oak. The finished product was completely different than what I requested. Upstairs is orange, red, yellow, and brown while the steps are yellow. I brought it to thier attention, specifically Cameron and he was rude and condescending...very Unprofessional and if course took no responsibility.. so my experience with the flooring center was terrible and I dont recommend them.
