The manager and staff at Bob's carpet location on West Manatee Avenue were helpful and friendly. I worked specifically with Joe Kitchen who went above and beyond my expectations in helping to upgrade some of the flooring (luxury vinyl and carpet) in a condo I was preparing to put on the market. They carry a huge selection of flooring samples at decent prices and the subs they use for installation were exceptional. I shopped at Lowes and Home Depot and ended up making the decision to use Bob's Carpet Mart because of the more personalized experience I got there. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my flooring needs.
I would highly recommend Bob’s carpet on Manatee Ave. We worked with Joe Kitchen and he helped us pick the best flooring for a decent price. Joe came out and measured the rooms and was able to schedule Carlos and his crew to come out to install the flooring very quickly. They did a beautiful job of installing the vinyl plank flooring in 3 rooms. What a great experience and a job well done. We would definitely use them again!
Last week we had Bob's Carpet & flooring do a vinyl floor installation in our master bedroom.Carlos and his two man team were very polite and respectful of our furniture and home.Now the most important part. Yes, the installation looks great and it was done in one day! They also did the felt pads on the bottom of the bed posts and chairs.When they finished, everything was clean and it looked like they were never here. Carlos and his team were great!

I met with Dave Watts, the store manager, from the Manatee Ave. store and he facilitated the best choice for my particular needs. Dave ordered the materials which arrived quickly and had Tim install the flooring. The floor looks beautiful. Tim was efficient, on-time, installed the floor and cleaned up to my satisfaction.
