We just didn't want to go to a "Big Box" store to purchase carpeting for a small room. Scott at Georgia Carpet provided everything we were looking for. He was hands on and listened to our needs. There was carpeting to chose from that was in stock and could be done in a week. There was no hesitation when we requested baseboards to also be installed (unlike another family run business in town) He sent out someone to laser measure our room right away and immediately after called to set up the installation. The installer was on time, precise and quick. Who could ask for more? We are delighted and look forward to working with Scott again when we move toward new carpeting in the rest of our condo. Scott and Georgia Carpet was fair and honest; two attributes that unfortunately are sometimes hard to come by.
Georgia Carpet redid the majority of the flooring in our house, removing old dingy tile and replacing with LVP. Todd was awesome in the shop and helped me pick out something durable, within budget/schedule and that would match my design preference. Mike and the demo crew did a great job with removal and cleanup, and finished up in only a day. Scott did such a fantastic job installing, I still can’t believe he was able to do the entire house all by himself. He was meticulous about the pattern of the flooring to make sure it looked perfect. From start to finish, the process was completed in less than a month with the actual work taking only a few days as they had assured. I’m honestly so happy with the final product and so grateful for the top-notch performance by this contractor.
It was my pleasure to work with Scott Murphy of Georgia Carpet and Flooring. He is personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. From initial contact until installation was two weeks. He is responsive to email and text messages, which is important to me. The installation team of Level One Flooring with Gus Aca was exceptional. Unfortunately, Gus was ill, but his team moved forward and installed 1200 sf of flooring in 1 1/2 days in spite of finding several unwanted surprises. They definitely would have finished in one day without the surprises. My thanks to Scott, Gus, and the team.

We had a wonderful experience all around with Georgia Carpet. We had our entire house floors redone (3,200 square feet) and they made it so simple!After calling many places to compare, they were by far the best pricing. We worked with Scott and he was wonderful. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about the products and patient with me as he allowed us to discuss many sample options and compare prices. He worked within our budget and helped us find the best quality product. He was always prompt in communicating and made our project seem like his top priority. We really enjoyed working with him and his entire team.Once we purchased, our installation was a breeze. Gus, their carpet installer and Carlos, their LVP installer did a wonderful job.
