These guys were incredible!! We needed an emergency carpet install, they stepped up and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The carpets look beautiful and the customer service was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your flooring needs !
Have had an absolute terrible experience with this company. After having our basement flooring put in by them, within a few months we noticed warping. Chased them for many months before warranty ended and finally when Carrillo came to assess, I was told it was because of water damage and they couldn’t honour the warranty. It turns out it was poor quality of installation and product, not water damage. They would have happily fixed it for $1500 labor though. Fast forward to this weekend. We have decided to move. We need to fix the flooring that Carrillo claimed had water damage. We just had another company come in provide an estimate for the repairs Carrillo should have honoured under warranty. They lifted the damaged boards. There is no water damage!! Never dealing with this company again and wouldn’t ever recommend them.
Excellent service! The flooring I wanted had to be ordered in, and arrived before the estimated date. :) The installation was able to be moved up a few days! :) The installers (Matt and Kyle?) were friendly and courteous and had the job done quickly without a mess left behind! This is the second time we have had Carrillo do flooring for us and would recommend them! Excuse my poor photography.
We first met the Carrillo family eight years ago when we had a Prominent Home built in Port Dover. We found Dan and his father Carlos the very best to deal with at that time. We sold this home as we downsized to a condo in Dover Coast, still in Port Dover. Dan was extremely helpful, as well as very knowledgeable. He helped us choose the flooring that would suit our home. We had some challenges in doing this renovation as we had an island in our kitchen that had to be moved. Dan and his crew knew exactly what to do, right down to a daily schedule. The sub-trades he hired were excellent as well. Dillon and Noah who laid our hardwood floors were great. Their work was excellent and they cleaned their mess up as they worked which we were impressed with. We also had painters in the house at the same time and everyone worked well together with no hassles. We were under a tight timeframe and they finished as planned and right on schedule. My husband and I were extremely happy with the entire job. Dan, his family and his crew were just great. Thank you Dan, Carlos and the staff at Carrillo Carpets.??
