We recently had new floors installed throughout our entire home and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Lindsay and Sean provided outstanding customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process.The installation itself was incredible. Don and Tom were absolutely fantastic. Their workmanship, efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism were truly exceptional. My wife and I have never encountered installers like them before.Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and we are extremely happy with the results.
DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could rate 0 stars I would! Terrible customer service! When they say they have a 30 year warranty on their flooring it’s a complete lie. I had my floors installed almost 7 years ago. I’ve had issues with the floors lifting and denting on the vinyl flooring. When trying to get in contact with great floors they gave me the run around and said that it was basically my fault and that my floors were the issue. I had great floors do all the installations and was told that they couldn’t do anything because this 30 year residential warranty won’t even cover 6 years! I’ve had a salesman come to my house and look at the floors and say they couldn’t do anything, I’ve had a manager come , take pictures , agree that there are issues and tell me he’s going to get back to me when he speaks to the owner of the store and after days of no response I called for a week straight and left numerous messages with staff. I’ve dealt with one person through messenger chat from this business that was very nice and helpful and spoke to the owner of the store on my behalf . Unfortunately he said there’s nothing they would do , but said he would sell me more flooring at cost. Never will I buy another piece of flooring from this company . It’s a joke! The warranty won’t cover anything , my floors are the issue apparently but installing new flooring will fix this? Absolutely not! My parents also have been given the run around with this company with similar issues and after installation and the floors lifting they had to glue them down. This place is ridiculous with terrible customer service !!!
We've yet to have our carpet installed, but I wanted to say how pleasant the shopping experience was. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Brooke was very helpful when we were trying to decide what we wanted and was an absolute delight to deal with. Ron was also very friendly and knowledgeable when measuring our stairway and pointing out what needed to be done. There was another gentleman who helped with what type of carpet would best suit our needs but I didn't get his name. Overall, we were very pleased with the shopping experience and look forward to enjoying our new carpet.
We recently renovated our home and experienced such great service from Great Flooring in Brantford. They had such an abundance of selection for flooring and carpet. Ronnie was an absolute pleasure to work with, had great recommendations, understood what we were looking for and wanted to accomplish. The selection we chose with Ronnie’s assistance for both tile and carpet was perfect and turned out beautifully. We will continue to use Great Flooring for future projects !!!
We just had Great Floors install flooring throughout our whole house this week. Sean Lovell was amazing throughout the whole process. He helped us pick the best flooring for our needs at the best possible price.Matt and his crew were awesome as well, they installed the flooring in good time and were very professional. I would recommend this store to everyone. I would suggest asking for Sean Lovell to help you and Matt to be the installer. We’ll be using Great Floors again with our future projects!
