Excellent customer service by JP and wonderful install job when I needed new carpeting in a bedroom with a quick turnaround. Very professional and on time. Highly recommend.
I would discourage anyone from going here.Scheduling after the sales process was frustrating, and when our flooring was finally installed the installers had no idea they were doing carpet and hard flooring. They said this was due to how the job order was written up.The incorrect transitions were used upon installation - getting the correct ones here took two months of phone calls. The correct transitions that were installed and left here are very clearly garbage from a different job. The pieces have rips and nail holes, and a piece left for use at our bathroom had two nails sticking out of it and glue remnants.The closets were ignored when putting in shoe molding - this has not been fixed.The most frustrating part is the exposed staples at the entrance to two bedrooms, and the screws/nails left around our home by the installers on both of their visits.I have been in contact with this store since September regarding my issues and still have not received a resolution.
Carpet factor outlet deserves the highest praise. I recently had my kitchen floor installation and when I say I am truly impressed by the quality and service I received. Everything was as said, the timing from start to finish . My floor and stairs looks truly amazing. My installer WOW!!! Very ,very professional. I would recommend to anyone. I'm a very satisfied customer.
If you want to have a good experience, go to Carpet Factory Outlet and see Brent at the Sheridan store! Over the past few years, I’ve had my whole upstairs recarpeted and new flooring put in the downstairs of my house. Brent helped explain the differences in the carpets and floors which allowed me to make the best decision for myself. Everyone in the store to the installers couldn’t have been more friendly! We had the carpeting replaced throughout our house last week by Sean and Joel. They were quick, courteous, and professional. They did an amazing job! The carpeting looks great! I highly recommend them. Here are a few photos. There was several other rooms included.
