We were looking for wood flooring for our kitchen and went with Flooring Solutions of WNY, Inc. after the original company we went with did not commit to the job. I was able to take home samples for my wife and I to decide what looked best in our kitchen. The installers were professional, efficient, and friendly. The quality of the floor is very good. Just make sure you agree to everything before the job starts, as additions are extra and Jake does not tell you about that until he gives you the final bill.
Charlie and the team did an exceptional job at my home. I highly recommend contacting Tony and the guys if you need a carpet, luxury vinyl or really for any flooring needs. They were fair, friendly and really professional from the first call through the install.
Matt originally came out to give me a quote on new carpeting and hardwood for my new house back in June 2025. He asked me to visit the showroom the next day (Saturday), where Joe helped me pick out samples and finalize the products I wanted. On Monday I called the store to let Matt know my selections so he could prepare an exact quote. He told me it would take a couple of days to throw everything together.A week later I still hadn’t heard back, so I called again. Matt said he was still working on the quote and asked me to give him another day or so. I waited another full week to call back again as I never got the quote and got the exact same response again. By that point, over three weeks had passed since Matt first came out to take measurements, and I had already chosen the products.I finally gave up and started calling other flooring companies for quotes. Throughout this process, Matt’s customer service was very poor, he had an attitude with me multiple times on the phone when I called to follow up, even though I had been more than patient in waiting.I ultimately went with Precision Flooring out of Hamburg. They not only provided a better quality carpet with a stronger warranty, but they also met my tight deadlines without issue. The differences in professionalism and service was night and day.

Update 2023: due to shifting from winter weather, a few tiles had moved out of place. Flooring Solutions came out and repaired the tiles free of charge. Great company to work with!We chose Flooring Solutions to install luxury vinyl plank in our kitchen, hallway and bathroom. These areas had asbestos linoleum, which was too expensive to have removed by a licensed professional. Flooring Solutions said they could go over the existing floor, which was a great solution. There were some delivery delays in ordering the flooring due to the pandemic, but the employees at the store kept us apprised of when we could expect the material to arrive. The installation went smoothly and the installers were friendly, quick, kept the areas clean, and did an excellent job on the finishing work (quarter round and doorway transitions). The price was very reasonable and we are very happy with our new floor.
