This company’s response was ridiculous, dismissive, and shows zero accountability.

That is a ridiculous response. You have not tried to make anything right. We’ve had a lawsuit going on for years over this, and the fact that you’re pretending otherwise is insulting. If I see another canned, fake response like this, I’ll have no problem posting the full email threads for the world to see exactly how you’ve handled this mess.

On top of that, I will be posting everything across social media so everyone can see the truth about how you treat your customers.

I ALSO WANT TO ADD THAT MY WIFE SADLY PASSED AWAY ON MAY 27. EVEN IN THE DAYS BEFORE SHE PASSED, SHE WAS UPSET AND HEARTBROKEN THAT THIS COMPANY NEVER DID THE RIGHT THING — EITHER BY FIXING THE FLOOR PROPERLY OR REFUNDING US THE MONEY. IT’S DEEPLY UPSETTING THAT DURING SUCH A PAINFUL TIME IN OUR LIVES, WE WERE LEFT WITH ADDED STRESS INSTEAD OF RESOLUTION. THIS MATTER STILL REMAINS UNRESOLVED.

On 5/10/2022, I signed a contract with this company to have my floor replaced. What followed was nothing short of a disaster. The contractor they hired to remove the existing floor destroyed my moldings, and the store manager promised they would replace them—but that never happened.

When it was time to install the new floor, they couldn’t find an installer, so they hired someone with zero affiliation or experience with the store. This so-called "installer" left us with a mess: an uneven floor, chips everywhere, and two completely different colors of flooring. Worse still, the wood floor they installed is now higher than the porcelain floor—something they explicitly promised would not happen. The tiles are uneven, with some sticking up dangerously all over the place.

They initially promised to redo the floor but claimed they needed to find a contractor first. Months later, nothing has been done. They never even came back to reinstall the sink they removed during the process. To make matters worse, my wife is terminally ill with cancer, and they left her without a functioning sink for months, adding insult to injury.

The excuses have been endless. At one point, they had the audacity to blame my wife’s illness, saying they hired the first available contractor to "get it done for her." If that was the case, they should have reviewed his work to ensure quality before ruining our home and disappearing.

In their one follow-up call, they admitted they still had no contractor and even suggested that I find one. When I considered it briefly, I realized how absurd this idea was—it’s their job to fix their mistakes, not mine!

Do not use this company if you care about your home. They will destroy it and vanish without taking responsibility. You’d be better off hiring someone off the street working for food! I will be posting pictures of this disaster soon if permitted. Stay far, far away from this company!!

We were on a very short timeframe for a dining room floor and a living room carpet for a house we were moving into. Dates and times had changed because of Real estate closings.

When we came into the store(recommended by my friend Ann) It was later in the day and Krystyna was finishing up with another customer. She acknowledged us, gave us a quick rundown of where to look throughout the store of what we wanted. She circled back as quick as she could.

Bottom line is that we are totally satisfied!!
We picked out a few samples, took them home, made some changes and got the order in just in time! Krystyna was efficient and knowledgeable and listened well. She gave us good advice and good direction and stayed in touch with us over the next two weeks. She also moved some installation times around for us.

Afterwards, we thought we had a little issue with the vinyl plank flooring in the dining room and they were extremely responsive and immediately sent Mike out to investigate. Everything turned out great. Good guy !

We felt the prices were reasonable, we paid for Carpet tear out and installation. The product is of good quality and we are very happy. Our Carpet Installer was Charlie and he was fantastic! Thank you.

Response to this ridiculous company. U care so much about tesolving the issue that we jave been in court for 2 years with your company about this. But you care such a lie. I was staying in the basement of my aunt house helping out with her son cause she was very sick. All she wanted was to get her floors remodeled, this company not only did a horrible job but left her with no sink the floor is completely done wrong. Now she passed away and this company did not responded to us. So what she got was a half ass floor. No sink. Poor company to hire. They should be ashamed of themselves. Stay far away from them.
