Customer Reviews
Barbara Martel
We had the absolute best experience working with Alisha at Floors Plus More. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. Choosing hardwood for an entire home can feel overwhelming, but Alisha’s knowledge and expertise made the process smooth and even enjoyable. She took the time to walk us through our options, explain the differences in products, and ensure we felt confident in our decision.
What truly set her apart was her incredible customer service. She went above and beyond to accommodate our full-home project, including arranging to keep our wood stored safely in the warehouse until we were ready. That level of flexibility and professionalism made such a difference for us.
Alisha is not only highly knowledgeable but also warm, patient, and truly lovely to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for her guidance. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows flooring inside and out, Alisha and her team are incredibly amazing!
