Choosing hardwood for an entire home can feel overwhelming, but Alisha’s knowledge and expertise made the process smooth and even enjoyable. She took the time to walk us through our options, explain the differences in products, and ensure we felt confident in our decision.

What truly set her apart was her incredible customer service. She went above and beyond to accommodate our full-home project, including arranging to keep our wood stored safely in the warehouse until we were ready. That level of flexibility and professionalism made such a difference for us.

Absolutely incredible experience with Floors Plus More! From the moment we walked in, the team was so helpful in guiding us to find the perfect flooring for our home. They went above and beyond by scheduling a home visit to ensure the flooring would be the right fit for our space. Throughout the process, they were so communicative, checking in regularly to make sure we were happy with everything. The installation was flawless, and they even worked around our schedule to make it as convenient as possible. The level of customer service and professionalism was outstanding. I can't recommend them enough—amazing company!
