Exceptional experience! We had all of our main floor and upstairs re-carpeted. Beatty did the removal and disposal of the old carpet, then installed new underlay and new carpet. From the time we started choosing our carpet with Vanessa to the installation process, we were impressed Beatty's staff - their expertise and professionalism. The installers were accommodating, efficient and polite and did outstanding work. We highly recommend this company.
We worked with Beatty floors to replace the carpet in the basement of our house, every single aspect of our interaction with them was amazing. Don and Brent were professional and responsive from the start. The carpet replacement was on a house that we had just purchased and they were able to coordinate time to come out and look at the space on a pretty narrow schedule of access to the house.With Covid and work schedules, it was tricky to arrange a time to actually go in and look at samples. Brent arranged a plan for us to come in to the shop at 6am in order to work around schedules. Timing the installation was all around our schedule, and the Beatty team was efficient and really careful. The new carpet has a higher pile than the old stuff, and so they carefully removed doors and left them with walls protected. The final install looks fantastic, and they even offered to take away some extra carpet that I'd removed from the upstairs when they cleaned up.I was really impressed with how efficiently and professional Beatty was and I would absolutely go to them again for future flooring work.
