We had a toilet overflow and flood our entire house which led to us needing to replace all of our flooring with LVP (nearly 2,000 sq ft.). We worked with Loren, who took what was a very stressful situation and turned it into a smooth experience. His knowledge of LVP and his patience answering all of our (many) questions was unmatched. We no longer felt anxious about this huge project as we knew we were working with someone who truly wanted to help us. He worked with us every step of the way and the communication was incredible from start to finish.Also, Marvin and the crew were FANTASTIC. A hidden local gem with awesome customer service, a large product selection, and competitive pricing! The process of my initial contact through the installation of our carpeting throughout the home was seamless. Thank you to Loren for his patience (I changed my mind a few times) and his crew for their professionalism, installation of the carpet, and care with our home during the process. We are so delighted with our new carpeting and highly recommend Brock's for your flooring needs!!
Brock’s Flooring did a great job, start to finish. Loren was our sales designer and he was helpful, knowledgeable, and always available for assistance. We appreciated his immediate response to our many emailed questions. We highly recommend him. Besides helping us with product selection, he also measured our floors, so he became familiar with our space and our needs. At the start of the installation, he was on site to introduce the team to our space and describe the project in detail. The installation team was led by Marvin and the team was efficient, skilled, and respectful of our property. The end result is beautiful. They did a fantastic job. Our space was 1500 sq ft and the project consisted of removing all existing carpet and ceramic tile, and replacing with laminate flooring. The estimate was accurate. There were no unexpected surprises. We love the results and are so glad we chose Brock’s flooring.
We are crazy in love with our new laminate flooring! It is gorgeous in color, and solid in its fabrication. Loren did a stellar job explaining the various options, to ensure we made the most informed and best decision for our home.
