We purchased a bathroom vanity from Floor and Decor and unfortunately it had a warped door. We called and reported this and the manager Chad was very responsive. He pulled a replacement part from an in stock product and personally delivered it to our home so we could complete our remodel. I'm a local real estate agent that sells homes and helps buyers find homes in the Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, and Lakeville area. I'm always looking for stores like floor and decor to share with my clients. Over the years it's gotten a lot harder to refer contractors, handyman and other professionals because so many have left the business. Anyway it's great to have a store like this in our community that will help people with all of their flooring needs along with a lot of remodeling projects.
One of the many interesting things about this store is the fact that so much of their inventory you won't find at any other big box store in town. I've never seen a bigger selection of tile, hardwood flooring, other types of flooring and many other items like they have here. They are all in on selection and price. They seem to have very fair prices on their items. But it's so nice to actually have more than four or five choices.
The staff is so incredibly friendly. If you have any questions just ask for Mas at the pro desk. He is there and ready to help you with any project that you have. I spoke to four different employees today and all of them were friendly and ready to help in any way they could. In addition to the flooring they also have specialty tile for backsplashes or to redo a shower and bathroom. They also have a really great selection of tools. They have high end tools that a professional would want as well as reasonably priced tools for all the people who love to try to do the repairs themselves just like me. They also have all of the items you're going to need to do the installation.
If you don't want to install stuff yourself they do have the ability to help you get connected with installers. They also have a really cool computer program that will help you create a 3D picture of the room you're trying to remodel. This way you can try out different colors of tile and styles as well as other amenities you would put in a bathroom.
I sell a lot of homes in this area and I'm going to refer this store to every one of my clients who asks for a place to go when they want to do an upgrade to their home. Before you make a decision on your remodel, do yourself a favor and stop by and see how they can help.
