Great people from beginning to end. They were helpful in helping us pick out carpet. Eric was awesome with measurements and managing expectations for the job. Installers were professional and handled minor adjustment to installation with minimal issues. Terrific customer service

Floors are beautiful! Eric was so helpful and knowledgeable to help me work through the entire process. Dave the installer and his team went over and above expectations, completing the job and adding skilled final touches and adjustments for a perfect experience. Initially I had left a poor review. But.... I can say bob the owner at bob and petes admitted they messed up the job, worked with my contractor to have a new crew come out to fix what was not installed correctly. And was even on site from start to finish with the repairs that was needed. Everything came out perfect. And the house looks great. I cant say enough good things about bob. Its not everyday when there is a huge problem , as was here that the owner of the company will call the customer. Technically he only had to contact my contractor. But knew how upset I was as he was and reached out directly. He definitely made things right. And I actually am having him install carpet in my personal home.
From start to finish they made us feel like family. Daniel came out to give us an estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable. Jerry and his partner came out on a Saturday and installed the carpet. They were polite, informative and seemed like they enjoyed their job. The office staff was keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. We highly recommend!!!!!
