Started off well to get new carpeting. Decent price friendly salesman. Told it may take 2 weeks. A month later I called and was told they forgot to let me know it came in. Told day of install it would start by 11 am. Then 1 pm. Then 2 pm. They showed up at 430. Then they said no metal strips for edges even tho I ordered them. Installers were great but finished up at 8pm. I will never use them again.

Excellent experience, went there after checking out larger stores and found better value and choices. Didn’t ask to charge for estimate. They were not pushy or call me and email me daily. The insulation was smooth and quick. Thanks for your help Brian. We will be back in the spring for additional purchase.
Carpettime really put holiday cheer into our home, and just in time for the holidays too. Brian was a carpet connoisseur when it came to helping me decide what type of carpet I wanted. He gave us a good deal and our basement looks amazing! Also ladies, I hear Brian is single ??
We wanted to buy local. It didn't turn out as we had hoped. Waited 4 months for luxury vinyl plank flooring. Defective flooring installed. Removed half after pointing out the seams looked different. Left us to live a week with nails sticking out holding remaining defective floor in place, that needed to come out anyway. When I asked why Carpetime didn't call to inform us the luxury vinyl plank floor was defective? I was informed by salesperson that they receive defective floor every week! Very poor customer service. No prices posted making it difficult to make a selection. After the hassle with the first defective floor installed, they lay like planks end to end.
