Just had them do our entire first floor... were extremely professional during the entire process, my only regret is i didn't have them do more (stairs and more upstairs)... may have to came back.. :-) hehe ... highly recommend!!
Everything went smoothly with the purchase of flooring. It all fell apart when it came to the installation of LVP and carpet on the entire first floor of our home. I’ll provide pictures of shoe molding that was damaged, and not replaced until I had to inquire for such action, after being told that any damaged molding would be replaced. Along with that, we had multiple areas of trim damaged with no one making us aware that pulling out shoe molding could cause this. When bringing my concerns to Josh, I was told that his team is in the flooring business not the painting business. Heritage and team take no fault for the state in which my home was left. Be aware of this customer experience as I’d never recommend Heritage.
My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Heritage Carpet and Flooring. We were warmly greeted at their store. No pressure. We found exactly what we were looking for and wound up buying carpeting at a more than Fair price. They came out and took all the measurements. A couple of weeks later they were there with a full crew to move furniture and install the new carpeting. I was pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail. Installers did a great job. No nicked up walls and all the furniture was back in place. I would highly recommend Heritage. You will not be disappointed.
I recently remodeled my bedroom after 40 years. Over the years I’ve purchased carpet and hardwood flooring from other companies and quite frankly was never truly satisfied for several reasons. My contractor friend that was working with me on my remodel and is highly respected in the industry recommended Heritage Carpet & Flooring to me. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted, they asked all the right questions of me and made my buying and decision making so easy. They could have given me tons of options and I would have been confused like I was while working with other companies.I WAS NEVER CONFUSED WITH HERITAGE!It became very clear they know their business, asked all the right questions and within 10 minutes I was given the appropriate samples to take home over the week-end.By Monday I made my choice. They scheduled a day and time for measurement. The gentleman was knowledgeable and right-on-time. We scheduled the installation date and the installers also were right-on-time. Complete professionals, excellent installation and were in and out in less than 2 1/2 hours. I love being able to give them a great review because every single person involved gave nice, kind and genuine good old fashioned customer service.I highly-HIGHLY recommend Heritage Carpet & Flooring.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! If I could give less than 1 Star, I would. Flooring was sold to me and installed by Heritage acting as a sub-contractor for my new home build. At final walkthrough seams had separated and required repair and almost one month later began to separate. The builder did a one year warranty walk at 13 months and hired a different contractor to repair seams again. Contacted Sam Silla at Heritage flooring as he sold me the floor, a very expensive up sell and he stated that they only warranty their installation for 12 months no I should contact the builder despite being the one that not only sold the floor but installed it as well. The flooring is throughout my house and is an eyesore. The second contractor stated that the flooring was not installed correctly. Shop somewhere else!!!
