K-carpet installed our carpet 34 years ago. We recently returned to have the entire house re-carpeted Duke was very helpful in assisting us to select carpet. Installation was a 2 day process and went very smooth. The work was professional and they assisted us in moving heavy furniture. We are glad we returned to K-Carpet.
No organization or just terrible customer service. I have used them multiple times now and will not use them again. I can't get a call back, I can never get a clear answer on scheduling. Feel like I'm being lied to just to make me leave them alone. I am a customer, pay a good amount of money for service, and I can longer be patient. They clearly don't care.O and if you care about cleanliness, they don't put booties on or take of their shoes when walking around on your new carpet. I got a stain once from that. No apology
We had carpet installed in our home in January. The sales portion and timeliness of purchase to project start date was okay and the carpet we purchased is good quality. However, we felt the installers were careless for lack of of a better word. We understand some markings on baseboards are expected, but there were numerous areas of chipped paint on every level of our staircase banister and scuffs on every level of our walls that we had to either spend extra time cleaning or re-painting to fix after install ourselves. The installers were not even carrying large pieces of furniture through the specific areas damaged and it was only the carpet/padding being carried.
We recently had almost our entire house carpeted by K Carpet. Salesperson Duke, along with installers Dwight and Brian, were absolutely EXCELLENT in best price, courteous & great customer service and professional installation from start to finish. My wife and I could not be happier! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to buy from K Carpet. Our bedrooms will be next in the future and we will definitely be coming back to K Carpet! Thank you so much K Carpet!
Duke was wonderful in helping us decide what we wanted for the living room and den. Did not pressure us into something else that would cost more just to have a sale. VERY accommodating! The installers were the best. One small portion of the room required a seam near the corner. It was a seamless seam believe it or not! Could not be more pleased. The only problem with K-Carpet, is once the job is done and you see how nice everything looks, you want to get the rest of the house redone. Maybe next year?
