Would not recommend. They stopped responding to my calls and emails. I tried stopping in at there store multiple times and no one is there. So odd. We went with another company and after we left from picking flooring out another couple came in and had the same issues with perry flooring. It's one thing to not want to do a job, but totally unprofessional to not even tell a customer that and just cut out all communication. Yet im sure they'll respond to this. And when we went the other flooring company we found out perry wanted to put flooring over the current vinyl installed which makes zero sense considering the flooring is being replaced due to water damage. Wish I could post the multiple emails I sent that they never responded too. Avoid this company at all costs.**UPDATE***So my mortgage company wanted perry flooring to write something stating they were no longer doing business with us and my insurance agent called and was able to speak with the owner who refused to do so. The owner stated since I left a bad review he wouldn't do that. He told my agent that he was upset bc his sister was in the hospital and couldn't schedule me.... let's be clear they came out in June to do an estimate. I posted the original review in October... so you're telling me for almost 4 months he couldn't return a phone call or email? No worries though my insurance agent spoke with my mortgage company and they made an exception ?? i think the irony of this is that the owner knew we had been out of our house since February of 2025 due to a roof issue, hence why we needed new flooring, and chose to be totally unprofessional. Meanwhile I wouldn't know what's going on in his personal life considering he cut out all communication for months. And let's not forget about the review prior to mine stating communication is something Perry Flooring does NOT excel in.

Great customer service, greeted with a smile. Very helpful on picking out a good carpet. They had me scheduled for installation a week after purchase and the installer showed up on time and was very nice. They removed our old carpet for a very reasonable price. He was courteous of our home and did a great job laying the carpet. I am extremely satisfied with the look and feel of what I purchased. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I highly recommend this business. Great job all the way around. Thank you
