Rick, in the Cary location, really went above and beyond to help me find a discontinued tile to finish a project. I had virtually no hope of ever finding it again, but somehow he magically made it happen, and now my bathroom is finished and looks stunning!I am eternally grateful for all Rick's efforts and truly appreciate his commitment, caring, and dedication. I purchased some indoor /outdoor carpet for a new Florida Room for my home. I worked with Elizabeth at the Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh location and am extremely pleased with the carpet. I went in three times. The first time there was a lady at the desk who was nice and helpful. When I returned to bring samples back, a man in his thirties was at the desk. He did not want to help me because I was looking at sheet vinyl. He told me to just throw the samples on the table. He made no attempt to interest me in anything in the store. The same cocky young man was there the third time. He told me Terry's would not tear out my old flooring, only lay new vinyl on old. He has a very smug attitude. I get more customer service at Hardees. There were no customers. No wonder.
I have used Terry's Floor Fashion for over 40 years. They have worked in my personal home and for my rental homes and houses for sale. Their staff and employees are reputable and honest. They stand by their products and service. The owner of the company would accept nothing less.
