We loved our experience with East Valley Floors. Von, the owner, helped us pick the right carpet for our house. We got just what we needed and I love the color and texture. The installers were friendly, helpful and efficient. They did a great clean up after they finished. Von even came to our house to check on us after the carpet was installed. We’re so happy with our new carpet.
Von, Junior and Santiago were professional, friendly and were a delight to work with. They were on time for the two days for the installation and were considerate of working around issues and the fact that we were home during a complete house installation. We have used East Valley Floors for 3 separate projects now. We initially contacted Von in November 2024 about removing the carpet in a few bedrooms and replacing it with the same LVP flooring that was already throughout the rest of the house. The original installer of the already existing flooring told us that it was discontinued, but Von was able to get it for us and even though the new flooring was installed over 3 years later, you’d never know it! They were able to transition the new floors into what was already there seamlessly. EVF also installed our new baseboards all throughout the house, which made a huge difference.More recently (May 2025), we contacted Von again for tiling work in our master bathroom. We needed our tile flooring replaced, and wanted to add some tile above our shower to help protect the walls. We went back to EVF for this work because our first experience with Von and Luis was great. They are as fast and efficient as they can be without sacrificing quality, so you know your project will get completed on time, and Von is always very responsive and hands-on throughout the process. We have found that EVF’s pricing is fair, and if there’s something you are not 100% happy with, they will take care of it. We have another bathroom and laundry room with more old tile, and when the time comes for us to replace it, we will call EVF.
Von and his team of pros have done it again! We had **just enough** original tile to get our kitchen floor ready to receive new cabinets. We needed to straighten out a peninsula to make room for a larger island and we knew we could trust Von and his team to handle our project with care. EVF’s pricing is always competitive - very reasonable!Old peninsula was at an angle. EVF carefully removed cut tiles and old grout without damaging surrounding tiles. They used extra caution when placing original tiles to fill-in. (Note that the grout will all be recolored in the future - EVF simply used grout I provided.)
We hired East Valley floors to tile our bathroom, which included a walk-in shower. I am very happy with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. During the quote process, Von explained all the different options that were available to us. He took the time to understand our vision and explained what would be needed to make our plans reality. The project finished ahead of schedule! I would recommend them to anyone looking to tile a bathroom or walk in shower.
