Am so pleased with the recent flooring makeover I had done by Flooring America of Chandler. The installation team was professional, patient, friendly and respectful - and they did a fantastic job. Having 3 dogs It will be a lot easier taking care of the floors - no more shampooing!!! I also want to give a shoutout to Amber and David who I worked with in getting the whole process started. Floor America of Chandler is the best! My husband and I brought carpeting from them originally in April of 2023. The carpeting was a Karastan (smart strand)carpeting with a life time pet and soiling warranty. In less than two years our carpeting had horrible soiling in higher traffic areas, but it’s just the two of us and our fur babies! I had the carpet cleaned every year and the soiling really never cleaned! I was heart sick that our new carpeting looked worst then the 10 year old carpeting it had replaced. I called Amber at Flooring America, and she was so helpful and kind, and understood my concern. She did state that Flooring America no longer carried Karastan carpet, but they still had carpeting from Mohawk, which is owned by Karastan. Amber sent in a claim to Karastan to get our carpeting replaced. This process started in September 2025. Amber kept me informed every week with the back and forth that Karastan put her through! Yesterday we got our new carpeting, and we are so happy! Amber we appreciated your tenacity, and your great customer service! All of our future flooring needs will be done through Flooring America! Customers for life!
The selection in the store was incredible — we spent a long time choosing our flooring and carpet. Thank you, Jacob, for letting us shop without any pressure.The workers who came to our home were from different teams, but they all had one thing in common — each of them was extremely careful and meticulous. The installation was absolutely perfect! When the builder handed the house over to us, I even stepped on a raised nail on the staircase carpet — they didn’t handle it very well. But the team from Flooring America did such a flawless job.Thank you to every one of you for your excellent work!
