The service was great. They had a job ahead of us that caused a delay in getting to our job, but having worked for a contractor myself in the past, this is understandable even when unavoidable. They worked well around our Thanksgiving Holiday schedule and got the first floor in before our holiday as they promised, then moved very quickly on the 2nd floor the week after. We are not disappointed with our new floors, and they solidly deserve a 5-star rating and our highest recommendation to other potential clients needing their floors worked on. Thank you!
