During my research, I learned they could take any carpet and custom bind it into an area rug, which ended up being the perfect solution.The final result was absolutely stunning. It cost a fraction of what a traditional area rug of this size would have, yet it’s fully custom and pet-durable. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, and the attentive service I received from start to finish made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I went looking for carpet, and I must say, the staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. The were very personable and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by Shakira the receptionist, she was very friendly. Then Warren walked up to assist. Also extremely nice, professional and eager to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I recommend The Floor Store for anyone looking to update or redo their floors. Professional service, excellent prices and a friendly staff.

Greg was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable—he took the time to walk me through my options and provided genuinely valuable information that helped me feel confident in my decision. He even explained why some competitors may appear less expensive upfront, but often aren’t a good option because their products are discontinued quickly, which can be a real issue down the line.What really stood out to me was how refreshing the entire process felt. I paid a deposit to have carpet installed in two bedrooms and paid the remaining balance a week later—no pressure, no constant follow-ups, and no feeling of being hounded for money. It was obvious this is a family-owned business that values relationships and quality service over just making a quick sale.The installation went smoothly, the product quality is excellent, and the overall experience was stress-free. I found The Floor Store by Google Reviews. Chris was well reviewed. My wife and I made an appointment and from there everything has been as advertised. He laid out our options, showed us different manufacturers, showed us different price options and then showed us options with carpet he had in the warehouse. 3k square foot ordered, installed over 3 days and only a small piece maybe 5x6 left over. Very fair price, great communication with Chris and Teresa scheduling. 13k order and would highly recommend this team.
I cant say enough good things about the Floor Store. The folks in this shop really care about quality, stick by their word and do their best to deliver for clients.I worked with the Floor Store to install new flooring and countertops. Warren was not only knowledgeable about the products but very willing to work with my wife and I to identify the right product fit (budget/aesthetic).Teresa also did an excellent job following up with me to align on project timing and coordination of installation.
