Reviews

What customers say

Customers mention attentive estimates and flexible scheduling, with several describing quick, efficient work. Two reviews also report installation concerns: one notes chipped wood and difficulty getting follow-up, and another describes LVP issues by the stairs, including a loose top stair piece that posed a tripping hazard and an extra charge requested for the banister repair. That customer later edited the review to say the company fixed the issues, while noting what they believed were management and ownership changes.

Every step of the process of working with Town Flooring was seamless and professional. Tony was prompt and attentive in the initial phase of getting the estimate and worked with me to schedule the work and payments to accommodate my needs. The work was quick and outstanding. I love my new floor!

It has been awhile since I had my work done by town flooring. I was not going to leave a review at first because they had discussed fixing the issues from installation. While they would have covered some of the costs to fix the glaring mistakes made around the stairs, they wanted another 500 dollars to replace the banister because that was the only way to fix their mistake. The floor around the banister and stairs looks so terrible now after we had LVP installed on our second floor to the point where I am embarrassed to take people around it. Our top stair piece falls off constantly creating a tripping hazard for us with two new babies. I am only writing this now after now being informed that there were many other routes to take with the installation that would have been much better, but they were just too lazy (I guess) to do so. I would not recommend town flooring, nor would I recommend believing them when they say replacing a carpet with LVP will not create issues around the banister and at the stairwell. Edit: there were changes in management and ownership I believe, and the company fixed the issues described above.

Wouldn’t recommend. Sales person was great. Quick to respond and very helpful picking out the flooring we needed. Pricing was reasonable. Install and follow up are the problem. Install was mediocre. Very clear the install crew took little pride in their work. Cut corners where possible to get the job done as quickly as possible. A few of the wood pieces installed were chipped on the surface. I followed up twice and being sent in circles. Once the job is complete no one seems to take responsibility or care about the project.

Great experience. Coe took care of us and did a great job informing us throughout the process. Jarred was the subcontractor who came and installed the backsplash. We went with a glass tile, which is hard to work with, and he knocked it out. It looks great!

We were very impressed with Town Flooring. Not only did they do a beautiful job on our floors, they also were so accommodating with our schedule. They went above and beyond, cleaned up great, and were extremely efficient overall. Coe was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!
