Replacing my entire downstairs floor was an effortless experience with Hatfield Flooring. We had some cheap builder-grade LVP in our new construction home that was already warping after 4 years. Hatfield was very flexible with appointments and times to meet up for quotes, while also having lots of knowledge and experience to offer suggestions on replacement materials, timelines and costs. Hatfield upgraded our cheap LVP with thicker, more durable MSI brand LVP while also correcting any deficiencies found under the old flooring. Now our downstairs is completely level, protected from moisture and spills, and also looks and feels much more high quality than before. All of this was done within a matter of 3 days. I would gladly use/recommend Hatfield Flooring for any future jobs. 10/10 recommend.
Great experience with the install and labo. Bobby was hardworking, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire LVP installation. The work was done efficiently and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend if you want the job done right.
Really enjoyed working with Hatfield Flooring. He installed a new tile floor and repaired our original hardwood floors from a renovation. He was able to get us in quickly, communicated well throughout the project and offered a fair price. He went out of his way to find us a reputable sander/finisher to finish our floors. It has been difficult to find honest contractors that are not trying to rip you off for poor services so it was refreshing to work with Hatfield flooring.
Talk about quality work. He had to drive about 45 minutes away so most work began after 10am which enjoyed to be honest. I was able to get up, get coffee and inspect and make material runs if needed and just collect my thoughts about that days work. He came in ,started right away , he was alone so I helped a little here and there. The flooring sat in my house in boxes for 8 years , I was lazy about it. He laid it in very little time and was very instructional on care as it was a laminate. Dudes out there doing quality work for a good solid price. I gota good deal to be fair. The transitions are good. The joints are good , the mixing of the patterns was fantastic and he was very good at offering advice on changes. Hire him , he might be busy because he's alone sometimes but he's solid on his word. Hard to get Americans like that these days in this industry.
From the first phone call to the quote to the install, Rob was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Fair prices, he did a great job and above all is obviously an honest worker.Rob repaired the concrete prior to install, then installed our LVP flooring, new quarter round, as well as the transition. He also found a very close match for the existing floor (pic included). He took his time with everything he did, but also got the entire job done in a day.Would HIGHLY recommend Rob for any flooring work. We have a few projects planned and will definitely be returning to him in the future.
