Dawna did a fantastic job of helping me get my flooring project done. All of the retail staff's input for choosing material and installation were tremendous. Dan Christie's installation was top-of-the-line. I highly recommend using Carpet One for your flooring needs!

Very pleased with our experience. The guys who installed our LVP flooring were professional and prompt. They removed the old linoleum under the laminate flooring in the kitchen (we had no idea it was even there) without us asking them to do so, which is a good thing. Carpet One representatives actually came by and checked progress and work. I would 10/10 recommend.
Josh Sisk
Great experience overall from our first day visiting the showroom, to the salesman and the installation crew. Very respectful of our home. Professional and courtesy. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for the tile and carpet for our basement.
Kellen
For a town that generally doesn't have great customer service, Carpet One is an exception. Having to have a new floor installed in a home is no easy task but Carpet One and their installation crew did a great job and the results were excellent.
Sue Maxted
We love our new tile backsplash!! Amanda assisted us at every step of the process and called us the day after installation to follow-up. Installers were efficient and professional. We highly recommend Carpet One!
