If I could give 10 stars I would. Still being stressed out with the experience I recently had with a painting company, I was wary to go through another home reno company. Well, my heart is currently full of joy as I keep admiring the tile Richard and Billy installed in the laundry room downstairs. They worked efficiently and did a superb job having to deal with an uneven floor as well. The tiles are not only precisely aligned but also there is no gap between any of the tiles. It is perfect even at the back of the closet which is hidden. I am also very pleased with the expert job Richard did on the carpet installation in the den. I must further acknowledge Jessica who greeted me from the beginning and was super patient helping me pick out carpet. Mike suggested the perfect tile and answered all my questions thoroughly through the estimate process. Richard texted me with lots of warning when he was going to be just 10 minutes late. He also finished up the job on the day that was convenient for me and not for him. Actions speak louder than words and this company truly cares wanting your home to look the best. I truly feel respected not only as a client but as a person. Oh yes, they also did not leave a mess nor ask for full payment immediately after installation was completed. When I called the company to pay, I was told that the manager would first call me to see if I am fully satisfied. I am still smiling!!!

My experience with Chilliwack Carpet One Floors & Home was outstanding! Nikki went above and beyond to find the perfect tile for my powder-room bathroom in our entranceway , her energy, enthusiasm and professionalism made picking out the perfect tile a very positive & fun experience.
She has a wealth of knowledge which was extremely helpful and valuable in making my final selection, every step of the way from ordering to completion was done and executed with perfection.
Keegan, who installed the tile is a perfectionist; he does not know the meaning of average, I could tell he takes great pride in his workmanship with his extreme attention to detail.
A nice added touch was he not only did an impeccable job, but he cleaned everything up when he left, including the floor in the hallway to the bathroom.
We just completed our second project with Chilliwack Carpet One Floors & Home. I wanted to add a feature wall to our bedroom, I consulted Nikki, she had a wealth of knowledge and was extremely helpful in helping me select the perfect stone tile for my wall in my bedroom. We use the same installer Keegan, and once again he went above and beyond, we are absolutely thrilled with the end result, the stone wall has added dimension with a sleek modern look.
