We are so happy with our new engineered hardwood floors! Angel and Oscar are true professionals who clearly take pride in their work. The floors look beautiful, and the whole process was stress-free because they are so friendly and approachable. We highly recommend these brothers to anyone!Dante Barra
America's Finest was fantastic. Everyone has been outstanding - from John's recommendations in choosing an amazing floor to Angel and Oscar demoing/installing floors throughout the entire house. Their attention to detail is amazing and they were extremely accommodating and always willing to go that extra mile which made the process as painless as possible. They even cut around the fireplace to make sure the flooring would install under the rock. It looks better than imaged. I would highly recommend them and have!
I am highly unsatisfied with this company. I called ahead of time so that I didn't waste time if they weren't going to be able to help me. Lorenzo ensured me that they could since I had all of the measurements of the rooms/stairs already. Once I got to the store he told me that unless I already had the square footage calculated up that they couldn't help me until I either did that or they could schedule for someone to come to my home and do a free estimate which costs the company gas, time, money, etc. So, they will drive to your home, measure what you've already measured, calculate the square footage. When they could have just calculated the square footage of the room from my measurements - like they already know how to do. Lorenzo wouldn't budge on this "policy" the company has. I left with my time wasted after I called ahead of time to avoid that. If they keep this up they won't just lose the thousands that I was going to spend there but other customers for these nonsensical rules. Don't shop here. There's plenty of other flooring businesses that would be glad to help customers with a simple calculation.
Customer service A+ went in looking for a sheet of vinyl for my new kitchen floor after going to 2 other stores, Decided to come to America's Finest Carpet Co they only had small samples but they did sell the sheets of flooring at there warehouse, Never got the name of the lady that asisted me but she was very friendly and helpfull she looked one of the samples up but they didn't have it she offered to call Sids Carpet Barn to see if they had what I was looking for but I said I will just pick a different one so she looked the 2nd one up and sure enough they had it
Horrible customer service. Nothing was on time. Be prepared for lots of lies, delays, confusion, and rude customer service.I paid about $7,000 for three rooms of carpet. The carpet I chose was higher end, and looked great in their showroom floor. Quality of the product is yet to be determined. It was just installed, so we will see how the install and durability holds up.My biggest issue was they were unable to keep timelines. From the moment the company came to measure my home, the manager (Jim) showed up 75 minutes late. No call, no show. I called the company to get a status once he was 45 minutes late... Marsha told me the employee was having car issues. Apparently, they don't care about people's time here. My home was in escrow and I waited with the realtor on scene. Wasting everyone's time! Jim finally showed up, blamed his shotty scheduling system and also blamed his tardiness due to meeting with the owner of the company..not a mention about car issues. Apparently they can't get their lies straight. At the time, didnt think much of it. Well, Jim quickly kept pressuring me to sign a DocuSign contract. I signed after the fourth email/call.Marsha told me that I would have my carpet installed in about 10 days from purchase. The reality was much worst. I waited five weeks for install after I paid for the deposit (10%).I called on a weekly basis, constantly getting the run-around. When I called for status, Marsha would tell me that she would call me back after speaking with the distributor. Problem was, Marsha never called me back. I called her again, to remind her about her failed promise to call me back. Again, she said she would call me back. I got tired of waiting for a call, and showed up to speak to her in person. At this time, the carpet was 3 weeks delayed after my initial deposit.Marsha told me that my carpet would not leave the distributor for another 14 days. I told her...fine... And didn't bother them again. They installed my carpet a few days ago. The install was adequate. The carpet is really nice, otherwise I would rate one star.Marsha is really nice and well spoken. Great salesperson, but horrible at managing jobs and customer service.Jim, the store manager is rude, unprofessional, and can't keep a schedule tight.During the install, they nickle and dime you for additional products. Ended up paying an extra $200 for a bag of floor filler....I strongly discourage purchasing carpet from them. Buyer beware. I should have listened to the other reviews....
