I never write reviews but i feel i have to so other people looking for flooring can see my experience and i would advise them to look elsewhere 50floors has been the WORST experience with any company i have ever had from start to finish to start they send a high pressure sales man to your house feeding you nothing but lies with the first lie being i was told that i don't want to use homedepot empire because they use subcontractors and 50floors has there own install team well guess what the installation crew sent to my house was subcontractors i was also told i could have the flooring installed that week if i wanted but we weren't in a huge rush so that wasn't a big selling point to us after measurements he brought in samples that 50floors has to offer and it was maybe 15 choices you have to pick from i thought was odd but he assured me the reason was they buy in bulk and have 10 airplane hangers full of limited materials to have the cheapest and fastest installment offered after we got quote he wants you to sign that second i told him i have other quotes coming he told me there the cheapest and i wouldn't find cheaper which is another lie all these companies match there competitors quotes i didn't want to sign and he continued to push to the point we felt uncomfortable and was glad when he finally left at this point we waited a week to schedule another sale person to come back she was pleasant to deal felt comfortable enough with her to sign the paperwork we could of scheduled 4 day installed but we chose to wait so we chose a 6 weeks away appointment so in my head nothing would be rushed and give time for all supplies to get to there warehouse so 6 weeks go past and the day before installation i get a call saying my flooring was not delivered to warehouse how do you wait the day before to call me i took vacation days from work to be present at installation so i was worked up over being told this on such short notice and the lady on other line could care less she just kept spouting off the contract and how it was my fault i didn't print and read it she wanted me to cancel the carpet part but i wanted to move forward she told me not a good idea To do the carpet before the Laminate, because they could damage carpet in my head, I'm thinking. What if somebody only wants their kitchen or bathroom done, you're gonna destroy the carpet in their living room, didn't make sense to me, just another excuse. We moved on to the carpet isolation anyways so the installers who showed up could barely speak English pull up in there busted up van leaking oil on my driveway im thinking that's weird i was expected a 50floors van but when i ask them they said they work for homedepot lowes empire and 50floors and 50floors was the worst company they work for WOW what an introduction so they come in my house and complain to there boss on the phone in Spanish complaining the whole time then told me i had to pay balance even though i didn't have my vinyl flooring i didn't feel comfortable about paying it all but i did because they said if i didn't they were leaving finally they get started and worked till 9pm and didn't finish had to come back the next day at this point they threw the rest of my carpet and padding on my garage floor and left i guess they didn't care i use my garage or not they show back up the next day in even a worse mood the last thing they do is my basement steps and they put carpet in back instead of wrapping i told them i paid for wrap and that's what i want if id kept it how he had it after a week the back would of been kicked out bc there was nothing to nail.carpet to he installed it the wrong way back on the phone to his boss she made him do it how i wanted so for the last 2 hours i had to hear him curse me out in Spanish i guess he didn't think my family was Bilingual and knew Spanish. So im waiting for the call Monday tue wed wss told no1 in office finally someone call Thursday floors got finished i would never recommend 50floors i had the worst experience poor quality horrible installers pushy sale men
Dylan LaRue came out today to give me estimate for carpet. He is very nice, friendly! Didn't pressure me at all about pricing etc ... He explained everything step by step on what I can expect to happen for my carpet installation. He helped me pick out carpet for my budget. I am sooo happy and feel relieved! I highly recommend Dylan for your consultation on flooring!

I had a great experience starting with Jason in sales that came to my home. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and went over all of the flooring samples/options. In addition, the pricing was very reasonable. I am happy to say that the install was scheduled & to be completed within 2 days! The technician was efficient & did an excellent job installing the flooring. I would highly recommend 50 floor!

He came right to the house with a wide range of samples, walked us through each option in detail, and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise.The in-home consultation was smooth, stress-free, and very informative—it helped us feel confident in making the right choice for our space.EDIT: The installation went smoothly, and the room looks amazing — the new vinyl plank floors totally transformed the space. Highly recommend!
