FCI tried to overcharge my insurance company for work they didn’t provide. When I told them, they refused until I had to get my insurance manager involved. They are overpriced and the sample flooring are outdated & doesn’t match the actual color. The installers were great & does decent work but Tradespro not trustworthy
They were great from start to finish! Our rep Donnie took his time and explained everything in detail. You can tell they want you to be happy. The installers showed up on time and completed the job efficiently but still made sure I was happy along the way and took their time on the details. 10/10 would work with them again.
We received 5 quotes from various companies and Floor Covering International had the best pricing with the best product without any pushy sales person. They took care of us every step of the way and The customer service was better than I could’ve ever excepted.
We had a wonderful experience with FCI and the team that came to install our floors. Tegan walked us through the process and helped us select the floors that would be best for our home, pets, and lifestyle. The install team was quick and efficient, handling issues with professionalism and quick expertise. It was cold, raining, and a miserable day, but they left the house in pristine condition. Considering it was winter, they left the yard in the best condition possible, and any debris left was so minor that it was no big deal for us to clean up the next day.
Everything went better than expected. The in-home estimate, the quote, the scheduling of the work, the execution, the timeliness of the work, the quality of the work went as well as could be expected. We had carpet replaced in the basement and upper level and the hardwoods refinished on the main level. All the work was done with great quality,
