I had high end carpet installed 2020. Within a short time, it wrinkled all over the house. The carpet was stretched, but the wrinkles recurred. For the 2nd stretch, I requested a different team and that the furniture be moved- both requests denied. Then, wrinkles noted a 3rd time. After weeks of waiting I was finally put on the schedule. Abby carpets NO SHOWED for the appointment. I called a left 3 messages at the office and did not receive a call back for 8 days. I requested a written report of the issues, but was told that the person who came out could not legally provide one.I had another company come evaluate- every room in my house was not stretched correctly. This is a CRI code violation 11.4 and 11.5. I ended up having to pay thousands to have the carpet stretched correctly

I have been doing business (as a contractor) with Abbey carpet for more than a decade. In fact, I have used no one else for about that time. Always been happy with both the pricing and the quality of installation. I have used them for sheet vinyl, carpet, vinyl and rigid plank flooring as well as baseboards and have always been happy with their work.
