Mark worked hard to provide exactly the wood laminate and carpet flooring that we were looking for. He made several trips to our house to finalize selection and the workmen he sent to do the installation were excellent and polite, not only doing a great job of floor instalation, but also helping move our heavy furniture where we wanted it. Had an awesome experience with Concord Carpet. On top of giving me the best rate out of all the quotes requested, the installation was also completed quickly and with precision. Their estimator Mark has clearly been doing this a long time and was super professional and consultative. On installation day I was surprised when I saw this huge van with a roll of carpet sticking out the back and expected 3 installers to jump out, but it was just Adrian by his lonesome! I was a little nervous about it at first but those nerves were quickly soothed - this guy is an absolute beast at installing carpet. Give him a raise! This company is the go-to for all the apartment complexes turning over units in the neighborhood for a reason. The best part is the whole experience was ZERO PRESSURE SALES which was the ONLY installer to not try to hard sell me - they just answered my questions and let me make my own decision. Make sure to pick from their in-stock selection if you need a quick turn around time. Will definitely be recommending Concord Carpet to any friends looking for advice on where to go for new carpet.
