I'm not sure what kind of principles this company have but I've never seen this before that's why I have to write this. I went to the store looking for floor and Zonia was the one that helped me out and she was great and gave me a quote but what went downhill for me was when I came back a week later Jake came up to me and was talking down on Zonia and offered a different deal. I saw this very sketchy so when I asked for the manager Tiffany, she did nothing and was on Jake's side. I decided to not buy anything at the end. Zonia was great and very helpful but Jake and Tiffany's attitude just ruined the experience and gave a bad feeling.
This place was just terrible. I would give it a zero if I could. I wanted to go in and select lvp for my house and Tiffany was the one that attended me but she wasn’t helpful at all always leaving me when I had questions and was very rude the whole time I was there. I just decided to not buy anything in the end. I would recommend that you go somewhere else if you want to get better service and be treated better.
I didn’t buy anything because the service it’s self was horrible. The store is so messy and dirty. I don’t know who they think they are but the lady Tiffany is horrible at customer service and as a human being. As a woman of color her attitude is disgustingly absurd. Unprofessional and can’t answer her phone when I call.
Daniel at the Concord store was very helpful in finding an obscure floor trim that I needed. He went over and above in his search. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him!
Big shout out to Sherri Delapp, from day one Sherri, was so helpful in narrowing my choices, getting me good items that are both on sale and in stock. She provided options, real-time quotes, and delivery dates.I got a full house engineered wood product that was really hard to find. also, I bought a set of bathroom tiles and the final product looked amazing. also, they ship tiles to the store so it is much easier for me to pick them up.I'd like to thank Curtis for his welcoming smile every time I enter the store, I have more projects in my house and I'm planning to show up again shortly.
